Who I Am, How I Lead, and Why I Build
I build order from the inside out. I’ve led Navy teams through disaster zones and business teams through operational collapse. Wherever I go, I align people, build systems, and execute under pressure. I’m not here for titles—I’m here to fix what’s broken and make something worth remembering.
I thrive where there’s pressure, problems, and potential. I’ve been the guy companies call when things are on fire—and the guy who stays to make sure they never catch fire again. I value loyalty, accountability, and real outcomes. I don’t play politics. I lead from the front, push hard, and protect the people I lead. I want to be surrounded by good people doing hard things that matter.
I’m looking for a full time leadership role—ideally in manufacturing or service industries—where I can own the mission and help build something sustainable. I don’t care about corner offices. I care about clear goals, operational clarity, and a team that wants to win together. I’ll take less pay for equity, ownership, and a mission that matters.
I was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin and grew up on a dairy farm—where the work wasn’t done when the clock ran out, it was done when the job was finished. That mindset shaped everything. In the Navy, it was the same: you don’t clock out, you complete the mission. I never had the luxury to fail, quit, or wait for someone else to do it for me. That upbringing forged a different kind of work ethic—one built on responsibility, grit, and self-sufficiency. Whether it was construction, IT, or scaling operations, I carried that fire with me into every challenge. I've spent my life proving that even from chaos, you can build something powerful.
